Best Holiday Ever
We spent an amazing 10 days at Reves au Soleil, as quoted by my 10 and 7 year old “the best holiday ever!! Can we go back next year”.
Lottie and Louise were perfect hosts, they made us feel relaxed and at home as soon as we arrived. The gite was equipped with everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything we needed including a brand new air fryer, which was extremely handy.
The outside space had games and communal areas to sit and relax as well as your own private garden space. My kids loved visiting the chickens each day and feeding them, we were lucky enough to have some of their eggs as well.
For us the pool was a highlight, we spent lots of lazy hot afternoons hanging out, enjoying the lounge style seating area whilst the kids played in the pool with the friends they had made.
Another standout experience was the wine-tasting evening hosted by a local wine merchant. Lottie and Louise put together a wonderful spread of cheeses, cold meats and vegetarian options. It was a lovely opportunity to sample some excellent, reasonably priced wines while socialising with other guests.
There are lots of places to visit nearby and activities such as kayaking and the velorail. We will definitely be returning and are excited to see how Lottie and Louise’s new venture continues to grow and develop. Thank you both for a truly memorable holiday.
